At Printsy, your satisfaction is our priority! Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- We recommend using tracked delivery to ensure safe return and to qualify for a refund.
- Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds for Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty item, please:
- Report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
- Include photographic evidence of the fault.

Printed Fabrics Information
Due to variations in production, some of our in-house prints may feel thinner, though the GSM (grams per square meter) remains consistent. This may cause slight differences in texture between batches, but the quality of the fabric is always maintained.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Invalid shipping address or delivery to an unsupported location.
