Printsy Shipping Policy

At Printsy, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as efficiently as possible. Our standard postage turnaround time is usually within 72 working hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) from the moment we receive your order. We aim to ship every weekday, excluding bank holidays, so your items could be dispatched either on the same day or within 72 working hours of purchase.

You can choose between tracked or standard shipping options. If you require tracking information, please use our contact form or email Contact@printsy.store and provide your name, the date of purchase, order number if possible and your address. We will send you the tracking details on the same day. Please note that, according to Royal Mail's delivery timescales, an item is considered lost if it has not been delivered by the end of the 10th working day after dispatch. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, starting at £1.40 and going up to £6.50.
